Customer Service Executive

The basic function of a customer service agent is to provide a friendly service to internal and external customers. The ideal customer service agent is people oriented, highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude.
Requirements for the position:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Possess basic computer skills.
  • Able to work under time constraints.
  • Ability to speak a english language
  • Graduate or Equivalent


Sales/Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
  • Doing field work and Market Research (product, market & consumer survey).
  • Responsible for achieving target by number of invoice, item & customer sales volume.
  • Travel extensively throughout the Banglades.
  • Prepare elaborate marketing plan according to the instruction of the Director of sales.
  • To analyze the information and trend analysis.
  • Responsible for market expansion & manage the distributor business.
  • Branding, Advertising, Promotion
  • Making the daily/monthly/quarterly/ad hoc marketing report and data management
  • To get the information from customer, consumer, sales regarding marketing issue.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the higher management.

Employment Status: Full Time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements:
  • Age at least 22 years.
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
