Customer Service ExecutiveThe basic function of a customer service agent is to provide a friendly service to internal and external customers. The ideal customer service agent is people oriented, highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude.
Requirements for the position:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Able to work under time constraints.
- Ability to speak a english language
- Graduate or Equivalent
- Doing field work and Market Research (product, market & consumer survey).
- Responsible for achieving target by number of invoice, item & customer sales volume.
- Travel extensively throughout the Banglades.
- Prepare elaborate marketing plan according to the instruction of the Director of sales.
- To analyze the information and trend analysis.
- Responsible for market expansion & manage the distributor business.
- Branding, Advertising, Promotion
- Making the daily/monthly/quarterly/ad hoc marketing report and data management
- To get the information from customer, consumer, sales regarding marketing issue.
- Any other tasks assigned by the higher management.
